Shipping policy

Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in-house by Super Fun Goods. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination.

Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually between 3-5 business days. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumption that products are in stock at location at the time of order. Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory.

We send out orders in the order that they are received however we are able to accommodate a rush if you reach out to us at hello@superfungoods.com after placing your order and we can make a note with our team to try get your order out to you as soon as possible. 

As always, all products will be gift-wrapped whether they are shipped or picked up in-store. 

For furniture, shipping rates are not accurately quoted at checkout. Please email support@superfungoods.com or call the store for an accurate delivery quote.
