Refund policy

Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt for orders placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders. All returns must be approved in advance by Super Fun Goods. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that the items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders. Please note all furniture sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted since they are unique one of a kind pieces.
